Control rooms we have built
Three control rooms for one industrial power plant: operator console panels supplied in 2010, a plant control room built in 2011, and a central control room built in 2015. All three are in continuous operation.
Design, manufacture and supply
ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION designs, manufactures and supplies control room equipment and operator furniture. Clients include LUKOIL Energy and Gas, Dalkia Termo Prahova and Nuclearelectrica.
Delivery covers the control room as a working environment, not a furniture catalogue: layout and sightlines, acoustics, lighting and microclimate, power distribution and backup, auxiliary equipment, and the operator interface — console arrangement, screen placement and reach distances. The ergonomic basis is ISO 11064; the full design rationale is under Control Centers.
What each delivery includes
Acoustics. Background noise and reverberation controlled so speech between operators and audible alarms both work in the same room.
Layout. Sightlines to the overview display from every console position, circulation that does not cross behind a working operator, and maintenance access without entering the operating area.
Lighting and microclimate. Illuminance and glare control for screen work, temperature and air distribution for equipment and operators on a continuous shift.
Power supply. Distribution, backup and changeover for consoles, displays and the control system.
Operator interface. Consoles, screen arrangement and controls decided with the control system — so alarm philosophy and HMI layout are not reconciled on site after the furniture is fixed.
