What we collect

This website has no user accounts, no contact form, and no tracking or advertising cookies. It collects no personal data from visitors. Personal data reaches us only if you choose to write to us by email or call us: in that case we hold your name, your contact details and whatever you put in your message.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to prepare and perform a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) and served through Cloudflare, Inc.; both process server log data, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site. Email correspondence is handled by our mail provider. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

International transfers

GitHub and Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as the business relationship requires and thereafter for the periods Romanian accounting and commercial law prescribe.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing rests on it. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
